I highly recommend TCC and AHE solar. I obtained three quotes for the solar and battery installation on my house and Paul at AHE was the most straight talking and easiest to deal with. AHE offered me a number of benefits other solar companies didn’t tend to a) AHE were flexible about the exact number of panels that could fit on my roof (given my roof was irregular and difficult to survey from an aerial map) b) AHE came out to visit my house prior to installation given some unusual aspects of my job c) AHE use their own staff to install the panels. This was a big selling point for me as the install was completed in one long day and no damage was done to my property. I didn’t want my job subcontracted like many companies do AHE used high quality products on my house and I have been very happy with the installation for the last couple of months since it was completed.

Paul and the team did my solar install 6 years ago and did such a Stella job they were th first call I made when investigating a battery. Like last time, Paul patiently listened too and answered my MANY questions. No hard sell, just honest advice. After much consideration I went with a 30kwh ESY. Paul (sales) wad not pushy and took the time to answer my many questions. Price per kWh was less than all comparable options I looked at. Installation team was very courteous and knew exactly what they were doing.

The Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked many questions and all came back the same as my research indicated. The installers were very punctual and professional. I had some post installer questions after I had some data feeding into the app which were promptly answered. All up, I would not hesitate to use this company in the future. The system is great! Since installing solar, the electricity provider has paid me about $45 and I have paid nothing.

Customer service rep was polite, easy to understand and explained the options well. Follow up was good with the rep giving some ideas to cut electricity bills. Had 2 problems with the switch board but they were dealt with very quickly. The owner help to connect to the app. Installation was quick and clean.

Answered a lot of my technical questions without complaint. Sales and quoting was easy. Installation – neat and tidy, and left me without any cleaning. They also replaced two cracked tiles, and one they cracked (I had spares). Customer service has been good, as was the followup around getting a smart meter installed from Energy Australia.

Spent all day and even came back on second day to finish. Replaced any broken tiles on our complicated roof and got the app working. I have known Paul for over 6 years and I have always trusted him to give the best advice tailored to your needs rather than glorified sales pitches. I have worked with Paul on multiple occasions. I installed a 10.8KW Solar System (Fronius Inveter and LG Solar Panels) in Oct 2020. I then installed another 13.2KW Solar System (Fronius Inverter and Trina Panels) in Aug 2025. I then installed a 50Kwh battery system (Anker Solix x1, AC coupled with my PV systems). Paul has always gone above and beyond in terms of the level of care and detail during each of the engagements, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of how he operates. Whenever I have had any questions of issues, Paul’s always been there on the phone to address them – an important thing for me. I have also referred Paul to a lot of my friends who then went on to install solar array and/or a battery system and they have all been extremely happy with the level of professionalism during the pre install as well as post install support phases. quietly brilliant, excellent installation and results

A newbie on solar. I got quotations with at least 10 installers before making the deal with TCC Solar. unlike other installers, I don’t like the way they do business actually, more than 50% of quotes asking for a “refundable deposit” to secure the “offer” on the same day, high pressure on customer, or just make me feel that they just want to sale their products not care too much the cost, or some quotes sound too good to be true.

TCC stands out of the rest. Paul gave me quality information and never push me to sign anything, and I said I want to install battery as well. with the his suggestion, battery would not be financially beneficial on my case, while others purely want to secure to a sale. And Paul never call me back to follow up, kinda never push me, ALL other installers doing so a few times.

On installation date, Andrew and his team came on site early. the job was done neatly and system up and running on the same day. very happy with the result. I export more than I use, already have credit in my electricity bill. I can turn on my pool pump even at rainy date.

As a data nerd, I’ve enjoyed trying to optimize my usage with my production but the normal running of a house with kids makes that very challenging to get as high as I want.
